These policies support the structured, consistent, and positive learning environment at the heart of Reverie Music Collective. They apply to all enrolled students and families.
LESSONS
Lessons are scheduled on a weekly, ongoing basis and are reserved exclusively for each student. Enrollment in Reverie Music Collective reflects a commitment to consistent, yearly study.
The studio operates on a 44-lesson academic year, with a structured calendar that includes scheduled breaks and holidays.
ATTENDANCE & SCHEDULING
Students are expected to attend their scheduled lesson time each week.
If a student is unable to attend a lesson, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Lessons missed without sufficient notice will be forfeited and are not eligible for a makeup lesson.
Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be extended.
MAKEUP LESSONS
Makeup lessons are offered as a courtesy and are the responsibility of the student to schedule.
All makeup lessons must be completed within four months of the missed lesson. Unused makeup lessons after this time will be forfeited.
Makeup lessons do not replace regularly scheduled lessons and must be arranged separately.
REGISTRATION FEE
A one-time registration fee of $40 is due upon enrollment and secures your student’s place in the studio. This fee is non-refundable.
Students who take a leave of absence for more than three months will be considered re-enrolling upon their return, and the $40 registration fee will apply again.
TUITION & PAYMENTS
Tuition is billed monthly and reflects enrollment in the studio rather than individual lessons.
Payments are due on the 26th of each month for the upcoming month. Enrollment requires a valid payment method on file with automatic billing enabled.
Any outstanding balance after the due date will incur a $30 late fee, which will be added to the following billing cycle.
DISCONTINUING LESSONS
A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to discontinue lessons.
Tuition remains due during the notice period, and any remaining makeup lessons must be completed within this time.
STUDIO CALENDAR & BREAKS
The studio calendar outlines all lesson dates, holidays, and scheduled breaks throughout the year. Tuition remains consistent regardless of the number of lessons in a given month.
Families will receive the full calendar in advance.
RECITALS & PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITES
Reverie Music Collective values performance as an important part of musical development.
The annual spring recital, typically held in May, is a required part of enrollment. This event is scheduled well in advance to allow families to plan accordingly.
Additional performance opportunities may be offered throughout the year. While not mandatory, students are encouraged to participate when possible.
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
Reverie Music Collective is built on mutual respect, consistency, and a shared commitment to growth. When students, families, and teacher are aligned, the learning experience is both meaningful and lasting.
